Thanks to Linda Whittle for introducing me to the Bic mechanical pencil. I've used mechanical pencils before but these are cheap, convenient, never need to be sharpened and give a nice sharp line that transfers with great ease. I will now not only be using these for all my transfers but will carry one in my purse with my mini sketchbook, much less messy than the alternative.
